Plume: A Chic Cocktail Haven in Houston's Heights

Ambiance: Swanky & upscale bar + lounge in The Heights filled floor-to-ceiling with Instagram worthy photo ops & decor. 10/10 Aesthetics & ambiance! High top tables inside and outside, bar seating, & lounging areas. Many tables were reserved during the peak hours of business, but we still enjoyed our time. Great spot for a date night, upscale evening out, or for enjoying craft cocktails. I highly recommend the Hugo Spritz or Espresso Martini! Does get busy on weekend nights but seemed to clear out a bit as the night went on - I would recommend either coming here when they open at after 11pm if you want indoor seating. A bit pricey but worth it IMO for the quality of cocktails. These are some of the best cocktails I've had in a long time! Clean bathrooms, valet parking available as well as street parking, nice music, and a fun spot!

This place is such a VIBE!!! We had our March Social here and it was perfect! From the aesthetics to the drinks, appetizers and company it was the perfect evening. Everyone loved the venue! Thank you Plume!

Love the vibe here. Very upscale but not snobby. Interesting , tasty cocktails. Great place for girls night. We didn’t have a reservation but we were lucky enough to find a table to stand at and someone came and let us know a table was free without even asking. Great service .

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Plume. From the moment I walked in, the decor set the tone chic, inviting, and full of character. The staff? Absolutely top tier. Attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for every guest. I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Now let’s talk food: the chicken biscuits were golden, flaky perfection; the flatbread was flavorful and fresh; the skillet egg and potatoes comfort food at its finest; and the shrimp and grits were on another level. Every dish was seasoned to perfection and plated with care. And let’s talk drinks the mixology was top-notch! The agave lemon drop was smooth and refreshing, the Mexican candy shots brought just the right kick, and the $65 bottles were a great value for the quality. Whether you’re sipping or celebrating, they’ve got you covered. The cherry on top? I came on the first Sunday of the month to their '90s theme party, and it was a whole vibe. DJ T. Gray absolutely crushed it with a legendary '90s hip-hop set nothing but classics from the greats. The energy was infectious, and the music had everyone on their feet or vibing in their seats. Huge shoutout to the entire Plume team for making it such a memorable experience. It’s clear y’all put your heart into what you do, and it shows. I’ll be back!

We found Plume on TikTok and it is definitely a "must-see" when you go to Houston. From the complimentary valet to the security at the door, bartenders, servers, even the manager was awesome. I had an accident and cut myself and Walter(bartender) got me some peroxide and bandaids. The customer service is top tier, food, drinks and ambience is amazing. Everyone behind the bar checks on you and makes sure you're good. I think all of them were our bartenders and I love not being forgotten. We'll be back sooner than later!!

Plume in Houston has a great vibe with a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were good overall. The espresso martini wasn’t my favorite and could definitely be improved, but everything else made up for it. It’s a nice spot to enjoy a night out.

Plume is hands down our favorite neighborhood spot for cocktails! We live just two minutes away and always bring our guests here when they visit. The vibe is great, the cocktails are consistently top-notch, and the bartenders really know their craft. Huge shoutout to the manager, Omar — he’s awesome! When our in-laws were in town, he surprised us with a Mexican candy shot, which was such a thoughtful and fun gesture. Highly recommend for a chill hangout or a great start to a night out!

We absolutely had a GREAT time for Sunday Brunch. The Music, 90s Hip Hop theme.. was freaking dope, to say the least. We celebrated my friends birthday and were there for nearly 4 hours. The drinks were flowing, and the food was good. Wished the servings were a bit larger. Also all the food didn't come out at the same time. Some dishes took longer than others. Thanks to our server Christian and the MOD for coming to our table to apologize and accommodate us as best they could. Epic time for a few Moms stuck in the 90s.
